Our founder, Niko de Rohan, brings a rare combination of expertise to every project. A sport and performance psychologist by profession, he founded Pure Adventure Ltd  in New Zealand in 1992, pioneering experiential programmes that combined adventure, leadership and performance psychology for professional athletes, business leaders and executive teams. 

For more than thirty years, Niko has worked at the intersection of psychology, hospitality, music and destination management, helping high-performing individuals and organisations unlock their full potential through carefully curated experiences. His clients have included the International Olympic Committee, Young Presidents Organisation and the World Presidents Organisation, multi-national corporations, luxury brands and private groups looking for experiences that inspire as much as they entertain.
